Our Career Course is filled with both the practical and business skills you will need when launching your very own floral business. This three month intense course is very interactive and will ensure you learn modern techniques and practical styling tips with florals. Teaching you basic skills to the advanced, students learn how to create hand held bouquets right up to elaborate hanging installations.
Head Floral Teacher, Jessica Eckford-Aguilera is renowned for supporting females, especially in business. Jess loves to share her floral design knowledge in a relaxed atmosphere that she has successfully built over the last 4 years with The Newcastle Food and Flower Markets. Jess prides herself on ensuring each student reaches their full potential.
Aside from flowers, the course also focuses on business aspects that are paramount to creating your own business. Training includes, Branding and Marketing, Photography and Content and Social Media trends. As part of the course you will take part in trips to local flower farms and meet some of the most influential Floral Designers over intimate styling sessions. You may even connect with some international floral experts along the way!
This course will inspire and empower you. You will be surrounded by likeminded creatives who all support one another.
Each student will be presented with their very own Floral Tool Kit with all the essential tools, your own Custom Note Pad and Apron.
Each student will be presented with a Certificate on completion at the final Graduation Celebration.
